    • The wrong product or size was delivered.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain items such as personalized, custom-made, perishable, or downloaded digital products are not eligible for return unless defective or not as described.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your KAARTAL account and go to your order history.
  • Select the item you wish to return and submit a return request with the reason for return.
  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return address.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or seller error, KAARTAL or the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to reasons such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For digital products, refunds are only issued if the product is defective or does not match the seller’s description.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error or product defect.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
